01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 56jl platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 56jl following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 56jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. 56jl strictly enforces this requirement and will verify the age of all registered users.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 56jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 56jl or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 56jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

56jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

03 Account Verification and KYC

56jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. By registering an account, you consent to these verification procedures and agree to provide all documentation requested by 56jl in a timely manner.

Verification may be required at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when account activity triggers an AML review threshold, or when 56jl has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other payment account used for transactions on 56jl.
• Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the origin of funds deposited, where required by AML compliance procedures.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 56jl may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. 56jl will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or delayed KYC submissions.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 56jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are processed instantly for supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• 56jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 56jl reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises AML concerns.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits as communicated in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• 56jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 of these Terms.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

56jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 56jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from your account.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 56jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are available in the game information section of the Platform.

By placing a bet on any game on 56jl, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing a bet.
• All bets are final once confirmed. 56jl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 56jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed at a specific odds value will be honoured at that value unless the bet is voided due to an error or event cancellation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 56jl staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

56jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 56jl Platform, including but not limited to the 56jl name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of 56jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 56jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any 56jl trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 56jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond 56jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the Platform.

56jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 56jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

56jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

56jl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

56jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 56jl, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
